The immediate result is smoother, firmer, tighter skin. Results are long-lasting, and may continue to improve for six months post-procedure. All skin types and areas of the face and body, including the eyelids, can be treated. As there is no cutting or scarring, Thermage may be repeated in the years ahead. A Thermage treatment takes about one hour, with mild warmth or discomfort during the procedure, mild redness or swelling afterwards. Normal activities may be resumed right away.
